This is the next level of workout and nutritional support. We will coach and educate you on what our recommendations are for choosing a federation to compete in and which category would fit you best. Then we will write program in 3 phases; build, cut, and final/peak week. Posing support will be provided, but if necessary clients may need to add more posing support for an additional cost (TBD). Nutritional Support is matched to the workout/program phase.
