Studio One’s signature class. We use the high-tech Flexline Dynamic Training System and have the only set up of these machines in a group setting on the East Coast. This is a unique cable system that uses air pressure for resistance adjusted by pushing buttons right on your handle. Class is programmed to handle a max of 8 clients in each class. I know its a cliché to have one-on-one personal training in a small group setting, but we have done it. The machines make it possible, as well as our workouts which are designed just like we were training you one-on-one. We use a 3-day split that repeats to hit major muscle groups 2x per week. Monday is upper body, Tuesday is lower body, Wednesday is total body, then back to upper on Thursday, lower on Friday and total on Saturday. Every workout is personal trainer lead who instruct you through each exercise, watching form and making any necessary modifications for clients. We use a timed format instead of repetition counting to eliminate any issue with fitness level variance. None of the workouts are the same during the week even though we do each twice. Picking your schedule is practically limitless, you can come 3x and pick different times and days each week or you can pick a standing day/time each week that works best. You can switch it up and do 2 lowers and 1 upper and then the next week you can do 1 total, 1 upper and 1 lower… you get the idea!
Studio One HIIT Class is Danielle’s signature class. She programs using a variety of modalities and techniques to maximize cardiac output with limited recovery to create dynamic results. Yes, it is a creative way to say HIIT, but in her class you will use bodyweight, TRX, Kettlebells, Erg Rowers, and Plyo boxes carefully programmed to ensure ALL levels of fitness are welcome. This class is intense, but its only 45 mins… You can do it!
Boxing is our newest addition to Studio One Fitness. Chad “The Lion” Leoncello is a current professional boxer taking his skill and knowledge of the sweet science, along with his desire to help others stay motivated to achieve their goals in a fitness class environment. Clients can expect to go through a series of intense boxing workouts to build strength and endurance, while learning and/or continuing to improve proper boxing form. Workouts include warm up and stretches, bag work, mitt work, core strengthening and more. If you are ready to sweat and have real intense workout in a supportive and motivational atmosphere, then this class is for you!
During the COVID-19 Pandemic the studio needed to adjust accordingly. To keep our clients engaged we began doing “virtual” classes and matched them to our current exercise schedule. These were live everyday and done with you. Currently, we keep our virtual open to new and current clients as an option to get our programming to those choosing to stay home as well as those who are out of the area. In short, we are not necessarily “live” every time, but you will be added to a private group where you will have access to all the workouts including our daily workout. You can still choose how many you want to do or what body part specific workouts you would like to do on a weekly basis, but unlike our in studio class payment structure, you get access to all the days on virtual for one low price.
